The Dravidian Sex Cults | Dravidam 2.0

After the demise of Thanthai Periyar, the Dravidian 'movement' became stagnant and the institutionalisation, or to put it more accurately, the corporatisation of the Dravida Kazhagam/DK and the Dravidian movement started. The new Dravidian outfits, or break away factions from DK too split over management, leadership and other property related issues rather than over issues pertaining to ideological disputes. While the Dravidian parties started to rise in the electoral political scene, the purpose of the Dravidian outfits too changed. The movement that ones drove the electoral politics of the State, has now started to serve the political parties instead. It has become a very submissive relationship. Throughout this time the only way the Dravidian outfits remained relevant in the political scene is by extending its support to the Eelam cause. Post 2009, that too changed and thereafter the once vibrant movement started to transform into a cult. 

The new transformation was led by a fringe lot who called themselves Dravidam 2.0. This fringe lot grabbed the attention of the public through their smear and hate campaigns against the Eelam cause. They are supported by Dravidian leader Prof.Su.Ba.Vee. 

This 2.0 lot was made up of a small group of 'Dravidians' who are mentored and led by a person called Bruno who is now serving a 7 year sentence in prison for forcing his wife to commit suicide. Yes! The new generation of Dravidians are led by a person accused of torturing his wife and forcing her to commit suicide. 

This person Bruno was a doctor by profession but an astrologer by passion. He, the guru who mentored the Dravidam 2.0 lot had forced his wife to intake cow urine believing that cow urine would help her bear a child for him. On top of this Bruno also had tortured his wife demanding more dowry money from her. This Bruno team is close to Udhayanidhi Stalin, and their anti Tamil and Dalit rhetoric and hate campaign on social media had even forced their Dravidian leader Stalin to issue a statement against them. 

While these stories are coming to public, another old story has started to resurface again. This story is about a Dravidian gang called the 'Lulu gang'. 

The Lulu gang is a group of Periyarists led by a lady called Lulu who uses "Periyar's ideology" to recruit women into a sex cult that forces women to send 'private' pictures in the form of "challenges". This group was openly endorsed by Dravidian speaker Sundaravalli and Periyar Saravanan, a member of Kolathur Mani's Dravidian outfit was part of this gang.

This sex cult has been organising and operating in social media and a lot of victims have recently started to raise their voices against this institutionalised culture of abuse and sexual exploitation within the Dravidian outfits. This story was exposed by writer Thozhar Thamilachi who operates from France. She has been vigorously campaigning for justice on behalf of the victims for the last few years. But unfortunately these Dravidian sex cults continue to enjoy the support of those in power and continue to get away with these abuses. 

Recently Thozhar Thamilachi had totally exposed the Dravidian outfit's double standards and complicity in this matter in an interview to Thozhar Rajvel in Pesu Tamizha Pesu(Click here for the youtube interview). A lot of names of important Dravidian leaders were exposed in this interview. 

A once vibrant Dravidian movement has now become a safe house for sex cults. 

The movement has now fallen.

The Dravidian sex cults thrive.
